Ticket Chat Files

General ticket chat has two entity types that a file can be related to:

  • GENERAL_TICKET_CHAT — file attached to the chat itself, without a message being generated
  • GENERAL_TICKET_CHAT_MESSAGE — file attached to a specific chat message

In general, a file is related to the message it is being sent with. When there is no message to be sent, the file can also be related to the chat itself.
